In this role, you will support the goals of the Workforce Development team and provide support for initiatives around internship programming, college recruiting, sourcing, data collection/assimilation and veteran/diversity initiatives for attracting and hiring talent.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with both the Human Resources and Operations teams
  • Assist with initiatives tied to workforce planning and development programs
  • Assist the team with collecting data and analytics to create follow-up and action reports for programs
  • Assist with researching ctices in all areas of strategic workforce planning and development
  • Help team develop promotional materials and/or web presence for recruiting and engagement purposes
  • Support the team as needed to assist load-level work priorities
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • Pursuit of bachelor's degree in business (preferably an interest in HR), marketing, communications or related with an accredited program

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Committed team player with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Initiative and attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Time Management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experienced with web-based technologies

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
