This position is part of our Design & Consulting team that unites architecture, engineering, and consulting professionals from across industries and geographies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategy
  • Define the vision and strategic direction of the Power Delivery market
  • Lead business development initiatives by creating account plans, pursuing new opportunities, and managing proposal efforts.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through process standardization and the implementation of innovative solutions.

• Client Engagement
  • Serve as the primary client interface, reporting on project progress, costs, schedules, and risks.
  • Where client needs and services are not defined, seeks to understand client criteria and documents what is needed for effective delivery of the project.

• Building a Team
  • Partner with Haskell’s talent acquisition team to evaluate and align staffing strategies with project requirements, ensuring the right expertise is in place at the right time.

• Executing the Work
  • Directs and is accountable for all aspects of the design effort.
  • Responsible for coordination among disciplines and conformance to corporate standards for design documents.
  • Provide leadership in project teaming and integration of design and construction staff.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
• 10+ years of experience in utility project management with direct experience working for or consulting to an electric utility
• Successful track record of business development and leading a team
• Experience with utility capital project execution, contract management, and risk mitigation

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds.
