As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Haskell, you will have the exciting opportunity to hands-on support our Talent Acquisition team with the full cycle recruitment process. This internship is designed to offer exposure to key recruitment functions and help you develop valuable skills in human resources, while collaborating with a dynamic team.

 

 Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the sourcing of candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, helping to create a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Support the recruitment team by scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Help manage job postings, ensuring they are updated and aligned with current hiring needs and applicable laws.
  • Assist with reporting duties, including tracking recruitment metrics, marketing/employer branding ROI, and general workflow.
  • Collaborate with team members to help prepare recruitment materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and offer letters.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal recruiting resources, including templates and interview feedback forms.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth operation of the recruitment process.

Education/Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications Etc.:

 

  • Adept in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Indeed platforms is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external candidates.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
