We have several internship opportunities for Summer 2025.  As an intern, you will participate in training programs and receive training in company management tools, standards, policies, and procedures. This is a great opportunity to learn about the design-build and engineer-procure-construct methodology that drives our company's success.

 

Working as part of our video production team, assist in creating compelling video content with the primary goal of helping our markets win new design and construction projects. This job will work with various markets and services, supporting both internal and external objectives. The primary skills and capabilities required to execute this position are accountability, organization, time management, and a commitment to excellence. The intern works as a team and independently on aspects of the assigned responsibilities.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating the video production process, including writing, storyboarding, editing, and delivery of video and motion-based assets for presentations, proposals, and other multimedia content, integrating text, computer graphics, conventional art, photographs, and other media.
  • Collaborate and create video content for the website, social media advertising and tradeshows.
  • Help organize video shoots, coordinate locations, shooting schedule, etc., which entails working with peoples' availability and organizing efficient production schedules.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure digital and video assets meet quality standards and maintain consistency with ongoing proposals and marketing efforts.
  • Help maintain an asset library of footage from owned and stock libraries. Keep internal databases fresh, relevant, and up-to-date as video content is developed.
  • Participate in the creation of digital marketing campaigns that include video, as well as video production needs, to support qualifications, proposals, and presentations.

Education/Experience:

  • Current or recent graduate possessing a bachelor's degree (graphic design, video production, filmmaking, digital design, marketing, communications, or other relevant areas) with 0-2 years of related experience.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere and After Effects
  • Basic understanding in camera technology, audio, grip/electric, video editing tools and techniques and the repurposing of existing footage into entirely new assets
  • Ability to take direction
  • Basic experience with camera, audio, lighting equipment and green screen software
  • Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and video quality for corporate and social media videos.
  • Possess a high sense of urgency and initiative in consideration for deadlines
  • Organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking, and prioritizing
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter and self-motivated
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Extremely detail-oriented and acute attention to accuracy

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
