In this role, you will perform a variety of services in administrative support within the assigned department. Work assignments may vary according to the skills and experience of the individual and the needs of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sets routine priorities and procedures for accomplishing work, subject to applicable deadlines
- Performs considerable coordination and follow-through, including follows up on items delegated to others
- Performs a full scope of word-processing and spreadsheet applications, as well as documents containing financial or statistical data
- Organize and code expenses and prepare expense reports for various team members
- Manage the Administrative Associate in charge of conference services for the Atlanta office. This includes but not limited to:
- Setting up & breaking down of conference rooms, catering and AV support when needed
- Interview coordination with candidates for Haskell team members
- Courteously greets visitors and clients, offers refreshments, determines their needs, and escorts them to the appropriate person or conference room
- In collaboration with Human Resources, conduct onboarding activities of new hires in the Atlanta office, and in remote offices for assigned business unit. This includes but not limited to:
- Sets up offices for new hires prior to start date and provides an office orientation on first day
- Serves as coverage support to Administrative Associate as needed
- Takes detailed meeting minutes during specific internal meetings
- Works with University Relations to coordinate career fair preparations for the Atlanta office
- Manage various Haskell applications for prospects tracking and resource planning hours
- Create short blogs to highlight Atlanta office events for internal publications
- Coordinate with the IT department on business unit hardware orders
- Coordinate with other team members to help organize company activities such as the holiday party, team day and other Best Place to Work activities
- Coordinate and arrange travel reservations for candidates and leadership as needed
- Assist with Time Sheet entry and approvals
- Create presentations using PowerPoint or other applicable software
Education & Years of Experience:
- High school diploma required; some college or applicable business certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience within office operations, administrative support, etc.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
