Job Overview:

Haskell is seeking an organized and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing inventory, shipping and receiving, and ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. This position is vital in supporting our commitment to ensuring materials and equipment are managed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management by overseeing cycle counts, stock levels, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams to streamline warehouse processes and ensure timely supply chain operations.
  • Maintain warehouse safety protocols and cleanliness standards in compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Manage warehouse logistics and resolve any issues related to shipments, deliveries, and storage.
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and organization.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipping and receiving documents.
  • Use warehouse management software to track inventory, orders, and shipping information.
  • Analyze warehouse operations and implement new processes and standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the construction or equipment industry.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to lead others and make business decisions.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
