Haskell is seeking a visionary Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and drive organizational growth. As a key member of our Talent Management leadership team, you will shape and execute our talent acquisition strategy, build a high-performing recruitment team, and implement innovative sourcing and hiring practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's future by attracting top talent and ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organizational goals.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess current and future hiring needs across various departments
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Haskell as an employer of choice
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines
  • Optimize recruitment technologies and processes to enhance candidate experience and improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process

 

Education & Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies
  • Vast knowledge and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred)
  • Fluency in job boards and sourcing sites
  • Ability to move quickly with designing and implementing thoughtful approaches to recruiting

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
