Job Responsibilities:

Proven managerial experience, especially in logistics or a related field
Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic developing program with a high workload
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Willing and able to travel internationally
Continual Improvement related training and certifications is desirable, but not mandatory

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds.
