In this role, you'll collaborate on creating and delivering professional development content for diverse audiences. You should be comfortable presenting both in person and via digital platforms like Zoom and Teams. Excellent communication skills are essential! Additionally, fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you'll be working with team members in our Latin American offices and job sites.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related experience and/or combination of equivalent education and experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experienced with web-based technologies preferably with Learning Management Systems

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information.
