Your Role Will Include:

  • Overseeing staffing, resource allocation, and workload management for your team.
  • Mentoring and developing staff, ensuring alignment with corporate discipline standards.
  • Monitoring project progress, advising on deadlines, and recommending staff assignments and promotions.
  • Managing a diverse team of professionals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering professional growth.
  • Collaborating with other teams and leaders to share resources and integrate new technologies into practices.

What You'll Need to Thrive:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture with 10+ years of architectural experience, and at least 8 years as a Registered Architect.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in project oversight and team mentoring.
  • Strong communication abilities and a knack for strategic problem-solving.
  • Experience with diverse larger project types and a commitment to integrating innovative solutions.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
