In this role, you'll play a key role in subcontractor and vendor management, bid preparation, cost control, and client interaction. Your contributions will directly impact project success and client satisfaction.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying subcontractors and vendors
  • Preparing and analyzing bid packages
  • Monitoring design changes and costs
  • Managing project schedules and operations
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to temporarily relocate for the duration of the project
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and technologies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
