Your Role Will Include:

  • Developing and refining design concepts, space planning, and selecting finish palettes.
  • Creating presentations and coordinating with clients and project teams.
  • Ensuring design compliance with codes and standards while producing high-quality construction documents.
  • Managing construction administration tasks, including field inspections and handling RFIs.
  • Assisting with project budgets and contributing to professional development and industry engagement.

What You'll Need to Thrive:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited school.
  • 5-10 years of interior design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • NCIDQ Certification and/or certification as a Professional Interior Designer.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
