Your Role Will Include:

  • Leading and managing all design aspects of healthcare projects, ensuring adherence to client criteria and corporate standards.
  • Acting as the primary client interface, managing client relationships, and coordinating design responses.
  • Overseeing project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Supporting construction efforts, managing design changes, and maintaining financial performance.
  • Providing leadership, mentoring team members, and participating in strategic business development efforts.

What You'll Need to Thrive:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience, including 5 years as a lead designer and 3 years in design management.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple design disciplines and projects.
  • Professional registration with extensive healthcare experience.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and project management software.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

Salary Range:   

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 -$225,000. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
