Overview

Haskell is seeking a Structural Designer in Oklahoma City, OK.

 

This position is with our Government Design team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects such as command headquarters, training facilites, office buildings, housing facilities, fitness centers, and more. We work collaboratively and strategically with our clients to deliver innovative and sustainable facilities and spaces that support the sensitive, 24/7 nature of their missions.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produces well-organized construction documents of good appearance, accuracy, clarity, and correctness, adhering to team and discipline standards
  • Responds to all RFI’s and reviews submittals for compliance in a timely manner
  • Adhere to established company standards and policies
  • Mentors junior designers and technicians

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or Associate's Degree
  • 5+ years of structural design experience

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:

  • AutoCAD and Revit or other 3D modeling software

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
