Your role will include:

  • Developing innovative and cost-effective designs, drawings, and specifications for assigned projects.
  • Maintaining professional registration and sign/seal documents under your supervision, with proficiency in REVIT.
  • Leading conceptual and detailed design phases while ensuring compliance with client criteria and regulatory standards.
  • Coordination of work with other disciplines and outside consultants to minimize errors and ensure design integrity.
  • Providing construction support through document review, field observation, and resolution of construction issues.

What you'll need to thrive:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensed Professional Architect with a minimum of 3 years of post-registration experience.
  • Proficiency in A/E technology and software such as ACAD, Revit, and BIM.
  • Federal UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria) knowledge and DoD work experience.
  • Experience with design for Army, Navy, Air Force, Air National Guard, or Army National Guard preferred.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

 

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$145,000. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
